Terms of Service

Jesus Whispers ("the App", "we", "us") is a free spiritual companion offering daily reflections, scripture, sacred music, and an anonymous Prayer Room. By using the App you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Anyone may visit the App. By submitting an intention or other content, you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher).

• The App is provided "as is" for spiritual reflection. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or pastoral care.
• If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional, your local emergency service, or a trusted clergy member.
• We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability — content, features, or hosting may change.

The Prayer Room is sacred space. When submitting an intention you agree NOT to:

• Include personal information about yourself or others (names, addresses, phone numbers, medical details).
• Post hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, illegal, or commercial content.
• Attempt to identify, contact, or pray against any other person by name.
• Use the App to send spam, malware, or to disrupt the service.

We may remove any intention that violates these rules without notice, and we reserve the right to block access from devices that repeatedly abuse the service.

By submitting an intention you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it anonymously within the App so others can pray alongside you. You can request removal of a specific intention at any time via the deletion request form.

Music plays through Spotify embeds; scripture links open BibleGateway; saint biographies link to Wikipedia and other public sources. Those services have their own terms — your use of them is governed by those terms, not these.

We display advertisements through Google AdSense to help support this sanctuary. Ad content is served by Google and its partners. We do not control the exact ads shown, but we block categories inconsistent with the mission of this site. By using the App you agree that we may show ads and that Google's advertising terms apply to those ads.

App design, original reflections, music recordings, and visuals are the property of their respective creators and are made available for personal, non-commercial spiritual use. Scripture passages are quoted from the New International Version (NIV) and other public sources for devotional purposes.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top, and for material changes we'll surface a notice in the App for a reasonable period.
