O most merciful Jesus, behold me kneeling at Thy feet, imploring of Thee the grace I most desire. (Pause and name your intention.) Thou hast said, 'Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you.' I take Thee at Thy word and humbly ask, trusting in Thy Sacred Heart. Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in Thee.
